High Waisted Ruffle Bloomer Shorts — Heartland Red Bandana

High waisted bloomer style shorts made from upcycled red cotton with bandana pattern. The ruffle trim around the leg hems was made from upcycled deadstock vintage white cotton lace. I appliqued a vintage feedsack to the front. The shorts are high rise, have an elastic waistband and leg openings, and hidden pockets on each side.
