High Waisted Ruffle Shorts — Heartland Blue

High waisted shorts made from upcycled blue cotton with white "ditsy floral" print pattern. The sides have black and navy blue stripes, with a black ruffle trim around the leg hems. I appliqued a vintage feedsack to the front. The back has a lacey patch pocket. The shorts are high rise, have an elastic waistband and hidden pockets on each side.
