Shirred bodice with ruffle hems and elastic shirred straps. Light and flowy with lots of stretch. The sweetest top for summer! Or, layer it under a thick quilt coat during the colder months. Made from a patchwork cutter quilt fabric (mix of cotton and poly cotton).
