Collared Puff Long Sleeve Dress — Halloween Black Ruffle

Puff long sleeve dress with Peter Pan collar, ties at the waist and tiered ruffle skirt. Knee length (model is 5’4” for reference). Has two hidden side pockets. Made from upcycled extremely RARE vintage pillowcase (unused) circa 1990s and upcycled pure linen black floral print fabric for the sleeves and skirt. Ties at the waist allow for adjustable sizing.
