Ruffle Collar Puff Sleeve Dress — Halloween Black Stripe

Puff short sleeve dress with black ruffle collar and alternating black panel skirt. Knee length (model is 5’4” for reference). Has two hidden side pockets. Made from upcycled extremely RARE vintage pillowcase (unused) circa 1990s and upcycled black poly cotton for the skirt.
