Oversized Ruffle Collar & Puff Long Sleeve Dress — Halloween

Dress with long puff sleeve dress with tiered ruffle skirt. Comes with giant oversized detachable ruffle collar that ties with cream satin ribbon in the front. Around knee length (model is 5’4” for reference). Has two hidden side pockets. Made from upcycled extremely RARE vintage sheets circa 1990s.
