Scalloped Collar Puff Sleeve Dress — Halloween

Dress with short puff sleeve and scalloped shape collar (made to look like Shock's dress). Slightly longer length (model is 5’4” for reference). Has two hidden side pockets. Made from upcycled extremely RARE vintage pillowcase (unused) circa 1990s for the bodice, and matching sheets for the skirt.
