Collared Puff Sleeve Dress — Halloween Yellow Stripes

Puff short sleeve dress with Peter Pan collar, ties at the waist and knee length skirt (model is 5’4” for reference). Has two hidden side pockets. Made from upcycled extremely RARE vintage pillowcase & sheets (unused) circa 1990s and upcycled yellow and brown striped pure handwoven lightweight cotton fabric for the sleeves and skirt. Ties at the waist allow for adjustable sizing.
